We all bear responsibility for our own decisions and their implementation. This includes actively making suggestions for improvement and discussing unpleasant issues with each other in order to move in the right direction together.

As managers, we encourage personal initiative and responsibility, delegate implementation responsibilities and bear responsibility for the results in our area of expertise. Wherever possible, we make decisions together with the people they affect and in the areas they are needed. In doing so, we act reliably and are able to proceed quickly.
